When I have free time outside of my role as a product manager for a small tech startup, I enjoy blogging about products that have had a positive impact on my physical and mental health.
I’m especially interested in discovering natural ways to achieve emotional well-being. I’m passionate about exercise, meditation, healthy eating, reducing stress, and getting enough rest.
